PRAC’s Strategic Collaboration in Safety Training

The collaboration between Professional Rope Access Community (PRAC) and Falcon Safety Services sets the stage for a new era in safety training and workforce development. By combining PRAC’s expertise in rope access and high-angle safety with Falcon’s internationally accredited offshore and wind sector training capabilities, this partnership will open new doors for:

• Cross-certified training programs that bridge onshore and offshore industries
• Career development pathways for rope access technicians to enter the oil, gas, maritime, and renewable energy sectors
• Opportunities for global certification such as OPITO and GWO combined with rope access fundamentals
• Collaborative R&D for advancing training methods and safety equipment usage
• Enhanced safety culture across high-risk industries through integrated, high-impact training modules.

On 23 April 2025, the Professional Rope Access Community (PRAC) visited the training facility of Falcon Safety Services globally in areas related to occupational safety and workforce upskilling. This engagement underscored a mutual commitment to skills development and global knowledge exchange, in line with Malaysia’s vision of promoting high-impact international partnerships in technical and vocational education.

Professional Rope Access Community (PRAC) successfully conducted a customized Working at Height Safety Training Program for the maintenance and operation team of VINDA Malaysia, one of the leading hygiene product manufacturers in the region. This specially designed program was developed in alignment with VINDA’s strong commitment to workplace safety, aiming to reinforce a culture of safety and increase risk awareness among its workforce-particularly for tasks performed at height.
