Training Registrations & Participant Rosters When corporate clients or individuals book a training session, we collect necessary information to facilitate the scheduling and legal compliance of the training. This includes personal data submitted through our registration forms (such as participant names, email addresses, contact numbers, identification documents like IC/Passport photocopies, and passport-sized photos). We collect this strictly to process mandatory training certifications, verify participant identities for safety compliance, and maintain accurate rosters.

Store & E-Commerce Data While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products or Services you’ve viewed: We’ll use this to, for example, show you services you’ve recently viewed.

  • Location, IP address, and browser type: We’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes.

  • Billing/Shipping address: We’ll ask you to enter this so we can estimate shipping (if applicable) before you place an order.

Our Internal Team Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, our Administrators and operations team can access:

  • Booking and order information, such as what was purchased and when the training occurs.

  • Customer and participant information, including names, email addresses, and submitted compliance documentation. Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill training requirements, process certifications, and support you.

Payment Gateways We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you. We accept payments through ToyyibPay. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to ToyyibPay, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. System Logs & Caching

  • WP Mail Logging: When you use this site, several actions trigger the dispatch of automated emails (such as booking receipts). They contain information about you associated with your email address. These emails are temporarily stored and accessible to the site management as a log to ensure reliable communication.

  • LiteSpeed Cache: This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. How Long We Retain Your Data

 

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it.

 

  • Training & Safety Records: Data related to contractor licenses, technical assessments, and training completion (including ID verification) is retained indefinitely to maintain a reliable, verifiable database for safety compliance reporting.

  • Orders & Invoices: We will store order information for accounting and tax purposes based on local regulatory requirements.

  • User Profiles: For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, or have submitted forms for training registrations, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, safety compliance, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Form submissions and automated emails may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
