On 2 February 2026, PRAC embarked on an official visit to Qingdao Hailiya Group Co., Ltd. in Qingdao, China, marking a major milestone in PRAC’S international expansion strategy within the rope access and height safety industry.

As part of the welcoming programme, Hailiya conducted a professional rescue demonstration, showcasing its technical expertise, equipment reliability, and dedication to operational safety in rope access environments.

Beyond discussions on rope access Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) production and technical collaboration, both parties reached a significant agreement PRAC has officially confirmed the establishment of a new PRAC branch in Qingdao in collaboration with Qingdao Hailiya Group Co., Ltd. This new branch will serve as a strategic hub for delivering PRAC’s structured competency-based training programmes in China.

The centre will focus on Working at Height (WAH) and Rope Access training aligned with international best practices, industry compliance requirements, and real operational demands.
